The Xynotech Story

The launch of the intranet site is another small milestone in the journey of Xynotech. I am a firm believer that small changes eventually add up to huge results, and the growth of Xynotech has been a similar journey. We started small and took baby steps and continue to do so, but during this journey, we stuck to some fundamental principles:​​​​​​​
  • Build a culture based on competence and compassion
  • Ensure customer success
  • Retain employees and help them develop
  • Remain financially stable

Based on these principles we have been able to develop a very strong culture and team. We always ensured that employees are a paid on time. For those who are relatively new to the organization, we started with one room in the office building at Nursery, then moved to a two-room office near Dacca Sweets, from there we moved to a three-room office in Al-Amin tower and now we are in a two-floor property, which is filling up quickly.

But this was not possible without burning night oil and greying some hair. I appreciate the effort of all the Xynotech teams over the years, I can starting naming people but it will be a long list. Almost all of you pulled your weight and did more that expected at one point or another.
